27 2025 INTEGRATED REPORT E P F LNG Canada, a fully modularized 14 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) LNG facility in remote British Columbia, is Canada’s first operational LNG export facility. Fluor and our joint venture partner, JGC Corporation, successfully delivered engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction services for Phase 1 of the project in October 2025. A landmark achievement for Canada’s energy industry, the Phase 2 expansion will increase the facility’s processing, storage, and shipping capabilities. New Fortress Energy’s Fast LNG development, located offshore Altamira, Mexico, is the world’s first near-shore, jackup-based LNG export facility, representing a series of industry milestones. The facility topsides process units utilize Fluor’s modular, mid-scale liquefaction solutions. It is also Mexico’s first LNG export project and the largest single mixed refrigerant technology unit of its kind with a demonstrated liquefaction production capacity of 1.5 MTPA. Delivered on a fast-track schedule, the project showcases Fluor’s ability to execute complex, first-of-a-kind modular LNG solutions in challenging marine environments.
