25 2025 INTEGRATED REPORT Fluor achieved mechanical completion on BASF’s Zhanjiang Verbund project in China, the company’s largest investment to date. Delivered with an outstanding safety record of more than 75 million work hours without a lost-time injury, the project included services for major process units, utilities, logistics infrastructure, and automated warehouses. Beginning early site work in 2021 and employing up to 13,000 workers, Fluor’s execution represents a major milestone in our long-standing partnership with BASF. The Tengiz oil field in western Kazakhstan is the world’s largest and deepest producing oil field. Fluor has supported its development for more than four decades through our partnership with Tengizchevroil, culminating in the Future Growth Project – Wellhead Pressure Management Project, a major expansion of this critical energy asset. The project added 29 new facilities, as well as extensive pipelines and infrastructure, while contributing more than $19 billion in local procurement and creating around 20,000 jobs. Crude oil production at the new third-generation plant began in January 2025.
