The Novelis Bay Minette Recycling and Rolling Mill is a landmark greenfield development designed to transform the United States aluminum industry. Fluor’s involvement began with FEED services and now entails full EPCM services for this highly complex project. Designed for an initial capacity of 600,000 tons per year, the facility will recycle approximately 17 billion used beverage cans annually to manufacture beverage and automotive sheet, supporting sustainable manufacturing and the circular economy.
