19 2025 INTEGRATED REPORT Fluor executed engineering, procurement, and construction management on two cutting-edge colocation data centers in India for a Fortune 500 client. The project was successfully delivered with 14.5 million safe work hours and outstanding quality, while achieving aggressive schedule milestones. Fluor provided engineering, procurement, and construction management to convert a 1.2 million square foot building to a semiconductor assembly and test facility in Malaysia. The project is a retrofit of an existing solar photovoltaic manufacturing facility with over 456,000 square feet of class 100k and 10k cleanrooms. The facility included labs, warehouse, shipping and receiving, gas and scrubber systems, industrial wastewater treatment plant, utility plants, cafeteria, fitness center, and administrative buildings.
