16 FLUOR CORPORATION A CULTURE OF SAFETY AND GROWTH Our high-performance culture of project delivery is built on providing a safe, inclusive workplace where employees and partners have opportunities to grow and advance their careers. In 2025, we experienced zero fatalities across our operations and exceeded our goal for health, safety, and environment (HSE) training completions. We also continued our partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, expanding access to mental health tools and resources within the construction community. More information on our 2025 HSE performance can be found on page 15. Our 2025 global employee survey measured key drivers of engagement and factors influencing the overall employee experience. With 74% of employees participating, our results placed Fluor in the top quartile of benchmarked companies for employee engagement. We continued strengthening our talent pipeline, with employees completing nearly 220,000 hours of training through in-person and online Fluor UniversitySM courses.
