10 FLUOR CORPORATION FLUOR MANAGEMENT TRANSITIONS After 45 years with Fluor, Mark Fields, formerly Group President, Project Execution, retired in 2026. I want to thank Mark for his many contributions to Fluor over the years and, personally, for his advice and support in my career. Mike Alexander took over the role of Group President, Project Execution in late 2025. Leveraging his extensive execution experience, Mike will drive continuous improvement in how Fluor plans and executes projects across all business groups. He will also co-lead our efforts in AI and other technologies to enhance our execution offering. Finally, Pierre Bechelany joined the Fluor Management Team as Business Group President, Energy Solutions, bringing deep experience from his prior role as President of the LNG & Power businesses, both key growth areas for the company. PERSONAL GRATITUDE My first year as CEO has been incredibly rewarding and reinforced a belief I developed at Fluor years ago: that meaningful achievement in our company is always the result of teamwork and collaboration. This enduring strength continues to shape Fluor’s culture and will help us capitalize on the many opportunities in front of us. I continue to be impressed by the depth of talent and passion across our organization, which reinforces my confidence in our collective ability to succeed. I am deeply grateful to our employees for their dedication and commitment and to the Fluor Management Team for their leadership and insight.
